No Refunds on all merchandise purchases. Only Store Credit will be issued for products that meet all of the following conditions: 1) not used, 2) in sellable condition in their original packaging and tags attached, and 3) returned within 14 days of original purchase date.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged for Store Credit. Sale items cannot be returned.

No Returns or Refunds will be issued on items that were sold or marked as Used, on Clearance or as a Final Sale.

No Returns or Refunds for bodyboarding fins, and bodyboards that have been plugged.

No Returns or Refunds for the following items: Yakima Clips or Landing Pads, Thule FitKits, any Special Order.

All Warranties are to be handled by opening a warranty case with the manufacturing company, who may or may not ask Hawaiian WaterSports for follow-up action.
