Payments made are Non-Refundable.  In other words, once reservations for a lesson or rental is made, you cannot receive a refund for it, for any reason, including but not limited to: weather conditions, illness, accident, or tragedy to self or party member, and especially ignorance of what your choice of sport entails, e.g level of skill, strength, and physical abilities, and location of area, and especially for booking when being on the wrong island.

Only Staff Instructors may determine if weather conditions are unsafe for your lesson or rental. We do not control the weather, as such, unpleasant conditions, e.g. too overcast, too sunny, too windy, not windy enough, waves too big, waves too little, will be taken into careful consideration but Safety is our priority.

If you “No-Show” for your lesson or rental, there is No Refund or Activity Credit.

If you show up late for your scheduled lesson or rental, the lesson or rental period does not get extended past the reserved time.

We consider each situation on a case by case basis, therefore pending availability:

• Reserved activities are transferable to another type of activity.

• Reservations are transferable to another person.

• Reservation dates/times are transferable to another date and time (a 20% rescheduling fee will apply if canceled and rescheduled within 24 hours before the lesson start date and time.)

• Payments toward an activity never expire but the cost of services might vary and differences in value will be charged.

*All rescheduling must be made during office hours, 9-11am or 3-5pm everyday.

*In the even that a refund is issued for an activity, the booking fee will be deducted from the total amount as that is a pass through fee collected by the booking program, therefore all BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
